The Drivernote team are fantastic. I inadvertrntly purchased 2 x iBeacons. On receipt of the order confirmation emails x 2 I replied to one of the emails, did not habe to search for some other 'support' email, within 5 minutes I received Drivernote response advising one order had been cancelled and money refunded. That is unbeatable responsiveness.

been using free version for a couple of years now. it's got to a point now that it's unusable unless you pay. I use it just to track my work trips. yes sometimes I go over the 15 allowed trips, but in the past you could quickly get a monthly report to see how many km you have done. this has now been disabled and you have to pay. older version would keep trips running as 1 when stopping and dropping deliveries of along your travels, now it feels like if you stop at traffic lights too long 1trip.

Only 15 trips are free, then you're notified that you need to pay $19 for full use. Read a reply below that they 'aren't allowed to mention this in google play'... so put 'in-app purchases'? That informs people there's likely a fee. Now I have to take all the data I've started with and input it elsewhere. Why pay $20 a month when you can use pen and paper... Auto tracking doesn't recognise when the car has stopped... I went on an hour walk and it actually included that in the trip.

A few bugs have overstayed their welcome. We found them, and ate them.
- Tags you add to a new trip now make it into your reports.
- Work hours fixed across all time zones.
- Stopping an auto-tracked trip by hand no longer freezes the app.
