From the beginning it was easy but then later it was very difficult to set it up. I don't know why but all the sudden cannot log-in for some reason could you please fix your app because it become really bad! It been a month and I couldn't log in back. It does freeze all the time and sudden logged out itself which is annoying 🙄. What is going on with your IT department They are not doing thier job, this app is a rubbish!

Horrible first 6 weeks. Originally couldn't log in no matter how many times I changed the password. When that got resolved I couldn't get into the clock section. I had to log on via computer and add clock to my home screen. After 4 weeks of "working" now I can't get past a loading screen after the 2 step authorisation text message. I've used a couple different apps for clocking in/off and this has been by far the worst.

App was working fine for about 6 weeks. Then I lost the ability to stay logged in for 24hrs for about a week then it mysteriously showed up again today. I have also lost the abilty to sign in using biometrics, which is so annoying because the password requirement was for a long, complicated password which takes forever to sign in with. I cannot find any information online about how to reconfigure the biometrics
