Very bad experience with Blinkit. I ordered some items, and at the time of placing the order, it showed a delivery time of just 10 minutes. After I made the payment, the delivery time changed to more than 30 minutes. The delivery agent was also handling multiple orders, which caused further delay. I had ordered ice cream as well, and by the time it was delivered, it was completely melted. Really disappointing experience. The estimated delivery time shown before payment should be accurate...

I have had a really good experience with Blinkit. My order arrived within the promised delivery time, and all the items were fresh, properly packed, and exactly as shown in the app. I especially appreciate how easy it is to find everyday essentials and get them delivered quickly when I need something urgently.
