Ratings and reviews

This is actually a really solid app. Interface is clean, features are surprisingly well integrated, and for the most part very bug-free. I couldn't say the same about some other airline apps. My only main complaint is that every time I am at the airport and the app is running in the background, it is an extreme battery hog. If I forget to kill the app after stepping on the plane, it very well might drain the battery completely dry by the end of the flight.

Hurricane travel complications handled after some delays. I couldn't get through on phone. Our resort had intermittent Internet at best. I used the 'in app' chat feature and was able to change departure dates to avoid being hung up in Houston. Due to extreme weather, the change was done without penalty or fee. I appreciated having some effective communication, even if it was a little more challenging than speaking directly with a representative on the phone.

Really doesn't work well, doing a Transatlantic trip booked by someone else, they have me on their united app. My app still has the outward leg and refuses to load the return leg tickets. Had to use screen shots from web links messaged from her phone. This is a pretty basic function. If you can't get the core functions right then all the bells and whistles you add to your app are pretty pointless.
