Ratings and reviews

Tried to search for a hotel, saw a nice deal, tried to touch on the hotel to check details, got booted out back to my search and could not book it. It was not lack of room, managed to find the same deal on the website and it worked there. Also, wanted to send a picture to the person I was reserving a room with showing the deal and hotel name, but the app blocks me from taking screenshots. Finally, after booking, the booking does not show on the app for some reason.

In dropping my rating by another star. This app and company just keep getting worse and worse. I need to contact our upcoming hotel, but the feature to contact the hotel through the app hasn't been working for the last week. There also seems to be no way to get help from a human anymore, there is just an AI bot that can't do anything beyond cancel a booking. I'm in an awful hotel, so bad that I've had to leave in the middle of night, and I can't get any assistance with a refund.

Slow, very slow, very very slow. Besides, it is pretty difficult to make an informed choice from the android app. The web site is no better really, it is pretty hard to understand the discount you get, the price you pay, how the redeem nights apply, etc. until you have to pay. And still, the amounts don't add up. Unless this is the only choice, I strongly recommend calling the hotel and dealing directly with them, that's how I got the best experience and value.
