Ratings and reviews

I can't add items to the market anymore. It gives an error when I'm trying to confirm it through the app. "Could not confirm. Please try again later". Can't even cancel the item. Steam support talked about uninstalling and reinstalling app, didn't work. Now they don't answer my support ticket anymore. Edit: They close my support ticket and said they couldn't help while blaming the CS:GO items market was under heavy load. (Originally two stars, but I am now giving one star. I am disappointed).

Usability is reminiscent of a 2000s app. Sure, you can get the bare minimum done (chat, buy stuff and get the token number to login) but everything is harder than necessary. You can't easily search the store, buying is a slow experience, etc. It doesn't mean integrates with the browser so clicking a limo wpmt get you here. Constant bugs. It's also only a browser restricted to the store - postbacks abound.

I wish I could leave a lower review, but this is what you get for such a horribly buggy app!! I can set the mobile authenticator at all, it keeps sending me to the app store, the app keep blinking in and out, and even after inputting my number, authorizing it on the PC, I don't receive the sms to finish the process!!! The security of my account is at stake here, a thing I have spent money on!!! Please take your freaking users more seriously, this is unacceptable!!
