Ratings and reviews

Grossly unusable at best. Chat bot to help will give dead links. Changing or canceling flight, which they claim is painless, is a hassle with enormous wait times. I would highly recommend that if you can use another app or airline to do so. Unfortunately this is the only one I have access to for my travel needs. BEWARE SERVICE FEES FOR ANY TALKING TO A "CREW MEMBER" $25. I cannot recommend this "experience" to anyone. BEWARE.

WORST AIRLINE APP EVER when you're trying to book the flight on the pay screen, it keeps auto scrolling to the "apply for credit card" portion while you're trying to submit payment so you think your submitting payment but it actually brings you to the credit application screen, THEN you try to get out of that application page, it will take you back out to the home page and you have to restart your booking from the beginning!!

What the hell happened to this app? It's very glitchy, it shows you flights and when you click on them it informs you that there are no flights available. I guess Jet Blue has enough money that they don't need to book anymore customers.
