Gave up on trying to use this app a few months ago. Initially worked well enough, then became a pain with two factor authentication, which would be fine if it didn't log me out automatically, but now I can't log in at all despite changing my password. I don't even bother trying when I go to IGA, it's just too annoying. I used to shop at IGA more often when they used Airmiles, but I end up going to Metro more often now since my rewards card actually works and both stores are overpriced anyway.

This is one of the worst functioning apps that I currently use. It is often 'temporarily unavailable' when I try to load the weekly offers. I have also frequently had to log in several times in order to see and load offers, and I think this occurs when I use the links in the weekly emails that I get. It would be nice if all offers were automatically loaded. On the positive side, the offers are decent, and points accumulate fairly quickly. Redemption at the cashier is easy.

The Scene app gets worse as time goes on. Now 7/10 times it won't load and the App states there are "temporary problems ". Then a few days later the app loads no problem. Can not load my "so-called offers". I tried deleting the App and reinstalling it. It’s still messed up. I can not sign in! Useless App! Their solution is to add it to Google Wallet. I don't use Google Wallet. It would be better if they fixed the app. # 0 stars
