Dec 2024: your # didn't work. Generic support totally clueless Nov 2024* app now freezes when trying to search for cash back offers. Keyboard won't load - I can't enter a destination in a flight search using this app. When I choose my destination airport, it glitches/blips and won't allow my keyboard to pop up. Have uninstalled and still doesn't work. I hit customer support and it takes me to a contact of some kind with no ability to reach out to anyone via chat. Garbage. Samsung S24+ user.

Horrible app. I booked 3 hotels in March. all information were there last week under my trip. It disappeared 3 days ago and realized I only received 2 of emails confirmation. so now I can't prove i booked except credit card transactions. I called travel agent to cancel one of my booking. she said she will charge me for cancelation because I didn't use online cancelation lol I explained I had to wait 40 minutes to connect with her because my booking information is all gone. what a joke.

Desperately needs bugfixes and other QOL changes in order to be usable, one major flaw is that this app signs you out while in use after 2 minutes no matter what you are doing! On top of not being able to see what merchandise is actually in stock the number provided to call support in these comments is not in service in my region of Canada 😅 Whoever works on updates for this needs to step it up and actually respond to user complaints, absolutely horrendous to use.
