It's an app because it's supposed to be convenient, so that I don't need to walk into a bank, right.... well, all my other bank apps are accessible multiple times in a day, but this one is almost always inaccessible; even with all the update.. come'on dev team. Pc got money right? Fix it plz. If it helps, the problem states: "the system is currently unavailable, try again in 10 to 15 minutes."

The app is extremely glitchy. I have to reset my password almost every time I use it because it says it is not correct. The last few days it won't even let me reset my password- as soon as I put in the verification code it says it's timed out and the password was not changed. Extremely frustrating. Honestly thinking of canceling my card instead of dealing with this anymore.

EXTREMLY FRUSTRATED !!!!! App verification NOT WORKING and it 'Times Out' as soon as the verification code is sent EVERY TIME before I even have a chance to enter the code! Locked Out and having to wait for a rep on the phone after going through multiple prompts and having to listen to automated banking advertisements. FIX IT !
