We had 2 tows in 1 week for different vehicles. (After never needing one for 30 + years) Both truck operators were fantastic, efficient and kind. You don't realize how much you rely on your car, until something happens. The wait time was as communicated. and with the app now, it's so easy to see how many assists you have left and notifications on the status of your call. Quite impressed - peace of mind and efficient execution. I am sure it all depends on the weather etc.

Had to request roadside assistance. The tow truck operator was fabulous, but the app failed me. After I booked the request it told me the wait time was 1 hr 0 min. but the ETA showed as 2 hrs later. After just a few minutes, the app said there was am error and I couldn't see the request details anymore. Luckily I got a call from the tow truck operator a few minutes later and he was actually going to show up in about 10 minutes. The assistance was great, the app not so much.

The roadside assistance doesn't work - it says it is the fastest way. you ask for help, and it doesn't update the app, so you wait an hour and 30 mins, another 20 mins past the time they said they would help, call the 800 number and get the info that way within 2 mins. My daughter needed help, and I could've driven the 100 kms there faster, if I'd only known the time it was taking. They need to fix the app
