The app wouldn't save my reserved bike. I tried multiple times. Luckily, the bike wasn't far from my home, so it was there for me to unlock and use, and I had no problem getting my ride started (except that I had to take the quiz again before riding, but maybe the city requires that). Also, I'd like for app to have feature to filter to see only bikes or only scooters rather than having to zoom in to see what's available at a particular location. I have a preference to use the bikes.

If you have to go uphill for a block or two, a Bird e-bike is worse than being on foot. It will not only stop adding power, but stop completely, so you have to push against the stopped motor. If you want to complain, you can't without scanning the bike again. even though it knows what bike you just used and charged you for it, too bad scan it again. so you can't send feedback if you already walked away to get where you were trying to go. Worse than useless! Lime has none of these issues.

Fraudulent. The timer never displayed accurate times. I signed up for one that gave 20 minute rides for $3, but when I finished after about 25 minutes, I got charged for a 37 minute ride because the time used displayed on the app was wrong. I contacted support and they only gave me a tiny fraction back. Now I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges. I started a second ride and the timer displayed 6 minutes, but when I finished the ride, it turned out to be 18 minutes.
