Ratings and reviews

When it's working, it's great. Easy to use, lots of functions. It's missing the customer review photos though - it seems to only be available on the website. Biggest annoyance of the last year or so has been that the app constantly logs me out and shows me the network issues error, as others have noticed as well. Only solution has been to uninstall/reinstall and that's such a pain to do every time you browse. Please find a fix for this for your customers.

This app used to be much better. Pros: keeps your items in your cart forever (unless the sell out), easy to navigate, much broader selection than you'll ever see in store Cons: logs you out ALL THE TIME, can't review products in the app (this is a big one for me!), the "going fast" on each item is super annoying and it constantly has "network issues" All in all, if you like AE/Aerie, this is the best way to shop. Better selection, points program is good and its great for comparison shopping.

Constantly crashing and glitching. The app will crash upon opening; items won't load; the cart will have double items or appear empty when it's not, logins don't work, or there are log in errors, its always logging me out in the middle of a purchase, etc. It also doesn't show customer photos in the reviews like on the website so you can't see what the items look like from customers.
