Update: Customer Service has been excellent, particularly Colon Sword. However, the business model requires one to select books to prevent 3 months old credits from lapsing each month. I'm not sure that I'll still be interested in the books I've selected by the time I get to them. Technically, the app does not deal with notification interruptions by skipping back for a second

They made it impossible to cancel your subscription through the app, you have to open a web browser to interact with your subscription or payment methods at all. Then, they try to redirect you to any option other than canceling your subscription a good 4 times by hiding the cancel button before finally letting you. Scummy practice.

I was surprised by how good the app is. Better search function than Audible, and the interface is intuitive. There really could be better filtering and sorting, though. That's always something which is lacking with these kinds of apps. It should be much easier to find VIP books or at least filter them so you don't have to scroll manually through each page.
