Ratings and reviews

This app feels designed to make you lose credits. Subscribe before your trial ends? You can lose your remaining credits. Cancel your membership? Credits are gone. Booking is also risky: the app can send you back to today's date, making it easy to book the wrong day. This happened to me—I was looking for a Wednesday class, pressed back, and ended up booking Monday by mistake. I only noticed later and lost credits because I cancelled too late. Too many unnecessary ways to lose credits.

credits don't carry over from one month to the next. they basically leave you stuck at 10 credits. I was out of the country and just realized I've been paying for nothing. basically stole my money! paying every month and getting no credits for it! when I wanted to cancel my account they said all my remaining credits would instantly be removed erased. what a scam system

Money Thiefs!! I signed up for the free trial and never used it. I made a point of putting it in my calendar to cancel before the free trial is up, and never thought about it again because I had gone onto the app and canceled which is the only way you can do it. I then found that they had been charging me anyways. A couple of hundred dollars later and never having used one class ever. I finally got in touch with them and they said they never had a record of my cancellation! Rip Off!!!
