Sold their Store to CosmoGo. To heck with customers who bought movies, gift cards, etc. It's all gone! CosmoGo is a terrible app. Rented Jurassic World Dominion tonight through the app and the volume was so low we could not understand a single conversation. Action scenes were unbearably loud. We are streaming through a Roku TV and our usual volume is 35. We were on 60. We were not having any issues with any other streaming services.

I would have rated this app at a 5 a short while ago. Unlike some other reviewers, it still works well on my phone. However, they added pop-up ads that you have to close and banner ads that block part of the screen until you close them. Apparently they're going out of their way to piss off their customers. My rating will remain 1 star until these ads are removed.

Every update just makes the app worse than the last. I am not interested in Hindi, Chinese, Korean or most movies with subtitles but it just mostly shows these movies. Any movie that I do want to watch and I know is in the theater at the moment, it's not listed in the app and these are all English movies. It's a nightmare to use. It crashes everytime I open the app, it's not an issue with my phone because I have a Samsung 9s. So, really overall the worst app on my phone is this one.
