Ratings and reviews

App doesn't work anymore. Can not log in as it always says "Something went wrong". I can log in on the PC no problem. Contact support center and of course I'm told to try again in 24hrs, reinstall the app and call back if I'm still having issues. I have given up on the support center. If they don't fix this soon I will not be a Platinum Elite Member next year as I'll move to another chain.

Not exactly the simplest app I've ever used, but far from the worst I've seen. The real reason they're getting such a low rating, is because I'm getting to the point where I'm starting to feel harassed! I understand like confirmations and stuff like that whenever you book a room. But these people have sent me 26 emails in just a few days, 26 emails!!!! And most of it being about stuff that's completely irrelevant!! That's not cool!!!!!

Been a loyal brand follower for 30+ years. Room charge no longer displayed when you book a hotel for a second time, so they can rip you off. No option to pre-book early check-in. Rivals like Premier inn allow this for £15 which is a fair price. As a shift worker I have to ring and grovel to receptions for each booking. feels like I am asking a unattainable favour for every stay. Not sure why they make this so tricky. App prone to glitches when you try and change date or location in the search.
