recently had to upgrade to this, due to the discontinued support for 'Oticon On'... the interface is nice, but the frequent 'disconnects' and choppy media streaming are not; turning off my hearing aids and/or restarting my phone doesn't help, and I'm not in a position to replace my android phone, so don't suggest it. I had NO issues with Oticon On, I don't know why this one was forced onto everyone out of the blue... half a star, if I could leave half of one.

I have a pixel 7a (less than a year old) and have the same problem as others. Really it deserves 1 star because most of the time it is not connected to my devices. I have been on the phone with the Oticon folks several times. The only way I can get my devices to connect is to ask my phone to forget the devices. I then re-pair them through the app. Then within hours usually my right device disconnects , then both. I start missing calls and can't make adjustments. Then I start over again.

It's OK. Don't like to have to keep resetting every time my batteries go weak. Plus, the reason for 3 stars is that it won't allow me to connect directly to my hearing aid without the use of a 3rd device. I have the Samsung S23 ULTRA. VERY DISAPPOINTING, considering my sole purpose, is to connect directly from this app to my Oticon Xceed, which is also high-end. Would like to have more features which you can have more control.

Dear user, please be aware that the Oticon Xceed is not an ASHA enabled Hearing Aid, therefore it can not stream directly to any Android phone, regardless of the model.A ConnectClip is needed to stream calls and media to the Hearing Aids. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to reach out to appsupport@oticon.com.Kind Regards, Oticon
