App is mostly good, but I absolutely hate that when I fulfill orders, the next time I get an order notification, the previous ones pop up as well as though I have more open orders. For example, I received 2 orders today and it is saying that I have 4 new orders when 2 of them are from earlier in the week and have already been marked as fulfilled. Super annoying.

Typically this is my favorite app, but this recent update has it constantly saying 'check your internet connection' which is frustrating. I can't print packing slips or fulfill orders or pickups or anything. Considering everyone who uses this app pays for it, it shouldn't be not working for days on end. How frustrating. The previous update to the shipping had removed our #1 shipping option from our website for over a week, and no one could help us, then it magically reappeared with no answers

Update: new update a few days ago, and it won't stop crashing. Sent reports. Pls help! Old: helpful to keep things in check while away from laptop. Most recent case in point came when an app installed (tapify) caused my shop to malfunction ("add to cart" button wasn't working) ... tech support figured out the problem, and I was able to remove it immediately... while standing in line at a grocery store. such a relief to be able to take significant action like that without being at my desk. ty!
