Opening the app before the last update (aug 17th 2026) bricks the app had to uninstall and setup everything again. 50 minutes on the clock wasted! My biggest issue was the app decided to stop working over night and it provided no error codes or suggestions other than "your screen is not private" when in fact it is and i spent 45minutes frantically hunting for any way my device was compromised. In the end, reinstalling worked immediately response not helpful, dont break code thats crucial!

Nickle and dime you any way they can. Now they won't give you the fees back they charge when you need to do a refund. Don't get this system. Update 2: Now they are going to charge you an extra percentage on interact charges as well Edit 3 Absolutely avoid this brand do not buy the terminal. I hate my terminal, it does not work consistently. It glitches and freezes EVERYDAY multiple times a day, it requires a hard restart. None of the fixes Square offered fixes the problems.

Overall I'm happy with this app. I've been using it for years to take payment at markets. There are a few bugs or things that could be better: When I get a message or feedback from a customer, I click on it, and it just disappears, and a blank chat page appears. I need to go on my computer to read it in full. I would also like the ability to bulk edit listings/variants
