​Used to be top-tier, now it’s low-tier. Taptap’s rates dropped off a cliff, you’ll get way better value pretty much anywhere else now. Save your money. 1/5not good rates anymore, Adjusting rates is one thing, but sitting nearly 3 PKR below market value isn't dynamic—it’s just unfair. Calling 196.70 "competitive" when the market is at 199.45 doesn't add up. Actions speak louder than canned responses, so I'll be switching to an app that actually keeps pace with the market.

the app is not reliable. after all the security protocols, I was able to send 1 transfer. from the next one onwards, the trouble started; my account was suspended for no reason. I talked to customer support and they requested 3 months of bank statements, which I provided and then they mentioned I don't have enough cash moving in the account. I keep this card separate for sending money and fraud prevention, and suddenly my account was deleted, that too without any confirmation. WORST APP.

Very fast and reliable. Sometime in the past, they had issues along the way and money was getting delayed for days before it reflected in the receiving account. I was thinking of switching to another conversion app/platform, but then they adjusted and corrected the error. So today and now , I can say that this is one of the best currency conversion apps. Perhaps the best, really.
