“Great competitive rates! However, sending amounts over 1K takes quite a long time to process, even though the money is already deducted from the bank. Hoping the processing time for larger transactions can be improved for a smoother experience.” Also already contacted there customer support but until now, issue haven't resolve.

the app is not reliable. after all the security protocols, I was able to send 1 transfer. from the next one onwards, the trouble started; my account was suspended for no reason. I talked to customer support and they requested 3 months of bank statements, which I provided and then they mentioned I don't have enough cash moving in the account. I keep this card separate for sending money and fraud prevention, and suddenly my account was deleted, that too without any confirmation. WORST APP.

This app is almost useless for purpose. It imposes transfer limits that are completely ridiculous. Customer service is non-existent and closing of account is not supported in the app. I waited in online chat for more than 2 hours in an attempt to close my account. I eventually gave up. If you are looking for fast and reliable transfers to support family overseas then this app is not suitable for purpose. The monthly transfer restrictions do not allow realistic support.
