Hidden atm fees you'll only find out after withdrawal. 2.69 % after 100 CAD withdrawn. Straight up disgusting. Also forced me to add money through a debit charge instead of through linking my account, because it kept giving me an error message that I didn't have enough money in my account. Great conversion rate, garbage, disgusting, slimy, sneaky app and company.

I have a US business but reside in Canada so Wise has been a great tool to move money in different currencies with the best rates of the market, not to mention how simple it is to complete all transactions and the little time it takes to receive or send your money, no monthly fees or hidden costs. It gives you the option of having physical and digital debit cards. Also the app works really well and is easy to navigate. I have had a very positive experience with Wise thus I highly recommend it.

My card number was used to try to make a purchase but the thief didn't have my correct expiry date so the transaction failed. The first person I alerted brushed it off saying that I probably set up a pre-authorized payment that I forgot about, which I did not. After leaving a review about it, someone is now looking into the transactions and has limited my account and frozen my cards. I will edit my review positively if they can secure my account so I can use it safely again.
