Super annoying to navigate. I think it works, though. I waited a month because I thought I'd transferred money to myself, but I transferred it to my wrong "self," which doesn't even make sense. I already put in my bank details, then I needed to e-transfer myself, which is a completely different setup up. Even though it's a pretty interface, overall, it's very frustrating to use. To navigate from the customer chatpage to try to solve my issue took about 6 clicks each time.

edit: for some reason they limit the exchange rate and alerts to your location's currency, which makes no sense. had to remove a star for this weird choice. It's fast and the fees are much better than bank transfer (even within the same bank). It has saved me thousands of HK dollars at this point, easy. They even show you competitor prices but I've found the list to be wrong, and I've tried many alternatives - Wise still ends up being the cheapest.

An actual scam. Went through the whole process of setting up and uploading all the stuff. Was told needed to transfer $30 to finish setup, odd but sure that's the whole point. Get told it's "under review". For a week. Can't cancel because "checks" are being done. I contact support, get told they can submit a cancel request but will need more information and no timeline. Just skip this app and use literaly anything else.
