Absolutely frustrated with my recent transfer experience! 😤 Wise stated a 2-day transfer from Canada to UAE, but it's been 8 days and my money is still in limbo with no explanation. I definitely recommend exploring other transfer options! You asked me to contact you on social media, and I've done so many times, but it's always the same answer with no solution, and my money still hasn't transferred—it's almost the 10th day. 🤔

Confusing. Used to be clear and intuitive, now it's just confusing. Seems like Wise is becoming a banking not a funds transfer platform. No harm done, but it's just not clear enough what's going on anymore. Took me a while to figure out how to transfer money between accounts. 4 stars bcs it does what is needed/expected, but interface could be improved.

Way too complicated to perform basic procedures especially when abroad and WiFi is not strong. Customer Service is abysmal, and is yet to solve any problems. Struggling to remain a customer after two years. Thinking that competition, might be even worse. Often left stranded in a foreign country and told we are too busy to handle your problem. ;-(( Don't recommend this company.
