For years, this app has worked great. Now, however, I keep randomly getting the error "Biometric Unlock" failure when not even attempting to unlock. "try again" fails instantly, and "log off" hangs on a blank screen. Force stopping the app just repeats this infinite loop. As a result, the app is completely unusable. Ed: Developer feedback just repeated what I wrote above (which did not resolve the issue). Resolution was to uninstall, reinstall, and then NOT enable biometrics, just use a PIN!

confusing and inconsistent. the interface needs a lot of work. Requesting payments doesn't recognize a valid user but wants them to sign up. Sometimes adding money from my bank account takes seconds and sometimes it takes a week. Brutal!!! I do like that it can be locked and used like a regular visa card, for online hotel bookings etc. Security is great! Now make the rest usable please!!!

one of the worst sign up experiences ive ever had, there is no option for putting my middle name, so i had to go back and forth in changing it and getting verified, yeah you brag better conversation rates and lower fees, but maybe some of the developers should've focused on making the stupid sign ups better, and when something is not right, during verification, this thing never tells you what went wrong and how to change it, always says oops something is wrong, THEN WTH IS THE WRONG THING THEN
