• see ongoing updates in your notifications tray and lock screen  
• use our built-in Terminal guide and airport maps to find your gate and navigate the airport with ease 
• watch movies, play games and pay for inflight snacks and drinks while you’re in the air 
• enroll in MileagePlus or manage your MileagePlus account and use your miles to book award travel in our app 
• use high-speed inflight Wi-Fi enabled by Starlink which is now available on select flights, free for MileagePlus members

I haven't been able to log in. I've tried multiple times, but if I enter my email or phone number it asks me to log in with my MileagePlus number. I do that and set up a password, then it takes me back to the first step again. No matter what I enter it asks me to create a password again. I've tried using the app as a guest, but it won't capture my passport. It says "too far" so I inch closer until it says "too close".

The main reason for an airline app is to access your boarding pass quickly and easily, since the boarding pass is literally the most important detail AND it has all the info you need on it. For some reason you made it complicated to find the boarding pass, requiring multiple clicks and time wasted to load instead of having quick access to your boarding pass as soon you open the app (like AC for example). Put a button that says "boarding pass" on the bottom menu.

This process has not been the greatest. when people book a flight they want to do it all in one go not bit by bit. Book flight pick your seats and pay for your baggage. The app needs to physically work all important features like seat selection and baggage and being able to use your credit card info even though you are not US citizen. I unfortunately had to use your customer service multiple times which meant wasting my time. Notification of flight changes should be right away..
