Very frustrating to deal with, they took money and then denied taking it. I spent almost a month getting the run around then finally had to submit a dispute through my bank, still waiting to see if they will refund what was wrongly taken! Update, days later, yes, I received my refund earlier than the 90 days I was told it would take, thank you. My relief in the refund does not repair the trust issues, that have built up, as I tried over and over again to get proper attention around this error.

Worst customer service! I called to delete my account so I could create a new one, as you can't change your country without deleting it. It’s been almost a month. All I get is "our deletion department is working on this." What kind of deletion takes a month? How is that possible? I don't think anything beats this terrible support. The app is okay until you have actual issues, and then they completely ghost you with silly excuses.

I sent money over a month ago and it has not been deposited. Worldremit keeps sending updates saying they need more time..it's been a month. Their "tech issues" are quite funny as they blame the bank, but every other app deposits to the same bank perfectly, so it is definitively a WR issue. No refunds, no cancellations, no nothing. If you want to use this app, just go to twitter/X to see how many more of us are in the same boat. Some have been going through this for a YEAR.
