My go to money transfer app. Very convenient and fast transfer. EDIT - They used to be fast and hassle-free money transfers but the 2nd time I sent a bigger amount, it took them time to finalize the process. I understand that there's some security measures that need to be followed but after all the requested documents have been provided I would need to wait another few days for the transfer to be deposited in my account due to technical problem on their end.

I sent money over a month ago and it has not been deposited. Worldremit keeps sending updates saying they need more time..it's been a month. Their "tech issues" are quite funny as they blame the bank, but every other app deposits to the same bank perfectly, so it is definitively a WR issue. No refunds, no cancellations, no nothing. If you want to use this app, just go to twitter/X to see how many more of us are in the same boat. Some have been going through this for a YEAR.

The worst money transfer I ever used. First of all, the service is not quick as they pretend: it takes 3 to 7 days before the recipient gets the money. Second, for whatever reason you try to get a refund after you cancel a transaction, good luck for that! In my case, for a transaction that I cancelled beginning of August, still didn't get my money yet. Don't be surprised to bring your bank statement to prove that you did not get the money. I mean, what kind of corporation does that.
