Price: In most locations, we charge a service fee on top of the parking cost the operator charges. The total price and fee breakdown are shown in the EasyPark app when you set your end time and before you start to park, as well as in your parking receipt when the session has ended, so you are confident about how much you’re paying. customer service doesn't exist, it's just a bot copy pasting the same text all over again, both via chat and email. The app has blocked my car, no one can explain why, no pending payments, no notifications, nothing. Got an error once and it doesn't work for 3 months now! USE OTHER PARKING APPA IF POSSIBLE.

I don't have a car but rent them once in a while. So I deleted the app a while ago. When downloading again and wanting to login after a few months, its asking me to remember the license plate for last car I used to verify my login? Urgently needs a hotfix! Updated after answer: if downloading the app spontaneously when parking, any verification is acceptable that I can do without calling or sending emails, as long as I can do it within two-four minutes. Thanks for replying!

Works ok, but high fees, 5€ parking fee, 0.75€ fee, fee only shown after selecting time, sum shown afterwards was 5.76€ they seem to have some rounding bugs ... We are used to twint parking, so it's irritating to pay so much fees Edit: instead of 5.76€ as shown it took 5.55 CHF from ny card, there was no information beforehand that it is not the currency that the app shows, feels completely random
