it took me one hour to check in because of technical issues of the app. by that time the window to select meal options had passed so now I won't have food on a 11-hour flight. the only thing worse is the support. it starts with not being able to use their text support as an international customer, continues with *none of the phone numbers working from Germany*, a robot that doesn't work and then wait times of over half an hour. won't use the app or fly with Delta again for sure.

Very convenient in the obvious ways, but so glitchy in others, I'm not sure if the convenience is worth the stress. ex: my flight got delayed, missed my connection . App says "we've automatically booked you on the next flight- click to accept" I clicked and it was a completely different date/flight/route. Then it decided it was a day later than it was, preventing useful searches. It was resolved on ground, but still added a ton of unnecessary stress.

Why doesn't it save boarding passes to Google Pay? Also why does it exit the app when I press the back button? So irritating. Update 2024: this app is a joke. I can log in with my computer with the same credentials but can't log into the app. After some hours it worked with the same. Since then I couldn't check in, and even after I checked in at the counter it can't download my boading pass: "Oops! We're Sorry.. We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later."
