I cant change my flight even though I have have flex package for three days. (I tried five and four days ago from my flight.) there is no reason for this app, you need to reach out to the call center for the things which you are suppose to do with this app because you will get an error. Even it is so bad, that it shows you "JourneyChangerException" which doesn't give any information. Even worse, same error happens on the web as well. any way if you need to use app, just call the customer service

I honestly don't think there is an airline out there with a website or mobile app as ridiculous as this. You select the US country code (+1) for your phone number, but the app automatically registers it as Canada, and it is completely impossible to fix. Because of this, the check-in process gets stuck and you can't move forward. But surprise, surprise—if you pay a 5 Euro fee, customer service will gladly complete the online check-in for you. How lovely, right?!

rubbish. keeps crashing when finalising check in so you have to check in twice to get your boarding pass. when booking specific seats it asks you to put your contact information, moves to the pay by card section 'please enter your contact information' so around you go again. and again and again. so I rang the office in the end
