Booked a video consultation for a 2 hour slot. No appointment was ever confirmed and no notification about this or what I should do next. Not sure if I should bother filling out the form again to try to book another appointment or if the same thing would happen again. Rather inconvenient to spend 2 hours checking my phone for an appointment and then nothing happens. It's also not clear to me if I can use this service to get a repeat prescription.

Awful experience - would not recommend and disappointed that TK do not offer the options via their website. Claims to be english but the drop down menu only gives german options. I tried several times over 2 days to book an online consultation with NO success - even after receiving a text message saying my booking is confirmed with a link to the app - I was STILL UNABLE to have an online consultation!!!! The call center agents were very friendly but also unable to assist.

Need at least 2 min prior notification to join online calls. After waiting for more than an hour to get an online consultation, I got less than 30 secs from getting a notification that I have an appointment now to the doctor ending the session and marked it as I missed the appointment. This is totally unacceptable.
