Use the TK-Safe or synchronize e-prescriptions with the e-prescription app. With TK-Ident and your TK-GesundheitsID you can now log in to digital health applications even without a health card - conveniently via smartphone, anytime and anywhere.

SECURITY
You can access sensitive health data, such as your TK-Safe electronic patient file, via the TK-Ident app. This data has a particularly high need for protection and therefore also high security requirements. In order to use the app, secure identification is required. Simply use the online identification function of your ID card or your health card with PIN. We also ask you to repeat this identification at regular intervals.
Our security concept for TK-Ident is based on strict legal requirements. In order to be able to offer you a good and safe customer experience, we are constantly developing our concept.

This is the third app from this insurance provider TK and as a reflection of their services, this app is also indeed useless. Instead of keeping the login with the same credentials as the main app/website they need some additional logon details which are nowhere to found...!! Do not install this app which is basically waste of memory on your device

We are constantly working on making our processes more convenient for our customers. Unfortunately, the legal data protection regulations for health insurance companies often tie our hands when it comes to such features. The TK-Ident app can currently be used for the TK-Safe login and the e-prescription app. Kind regards, your TK-Ident App

Worst ever experience. NFC recognition doesn't work. Update: After several tries during an hour with lots of frustration, it finally worked.

So drastisch würden wir es nicht formulieren, aber ja, wir wissen, dass es aktuell hakt. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck daran, dass alles wieder rund läuft. Es tut uns leid, dass die App aktuell weder Ihren noch unseren eigenen Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Freundliche Grüße, Ihre TK-Ident App

Rather basic UI, but card registration worked and it functions correctly as identity provider for my prescription app after clearing its cache and data. Option for device PIN login is available, but not biometrics which is a shame.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Die gesetzlichen Regelungen verbieten leider aktuell die Nutzung von Biometrie. Die TK macht sich jedoch stark für die Einführung. Freundliche Grüße, Ihre TK-Ident App
