Ratings and reviews

They blocked my account when I tried to send money to my own account in a different bank "for security", they sent a message that I need to change the access key, and just display an "application error" when I try to change the access key. I cannot access my funds at all now and their phones are not working in non-working hours

Too many ads, panels, pop ups, cant handle so many inputs while digging for my info. Really really slow. Wont show the data, need to refresh time after time. Cant find relevant info, too many slow steps in between for basic features. Laggy down-slide, interrupted by the row-lateral-slide. Mailbox does not work properly (wont even mark as read the unread messages). It has not an unread category, takes a lot too search for unread messages and cant mark them as read from the unread filter search.

If you have any issue they don't provide any support: at the physical branch the clerk will tell you they cannot assist you bcs is an online account and give you a number to call. by calling no assistance given as the agent will just tell you that someone else is in charge of the issue a d they will call back... after 2 months and many many calls nobody called back...
