Ratings and reviews

Love the idea of having all my cards in one. But in practice I cannot rely on it; the contact less limit seems very small and keeps rejecting payment so it is embarrassing. Also, when doing online shopping, the verification does fail quite often (I don't receive the text, or when I click the notification it just opens the app, not the verification screen). Needs more investment in QA maybe.

I subscribed to Curve Pro+ (€17.99/month) a few days ago and found out the annual spending limit is just €150. After one grocery purchase, I hit the limit and can’t use the card for the rest of the year. Support has been unresponsive in terms of fixing this for six days, and now they want to charge me €59.99 to cancel the entire account because I'm in the first 6 months of the subscription. Honestly, it feels like a bit of a scam.

update in 2025- even worse. Now they require a re verification of details they already have. When I query where the current info is they say they don't know and close the chat. Subject Access Request has been submitted. Suggest others do the same. Once a great product. Now they've put in so many limitations you may as well just take cash. Terrible.
