my map keeps getting erased from the main page & now when I go add it back it tries to load but ends up saying timeout & I still dont have my map back. I wasnt surprised to see the app has less than 3 stars. can we update this please.

Upgraded my phone and now I cannot link it to my M7 Pro... still have the old app on my old phone, so was able to re connect to that to set the automatic cleaning times, but what once that phone no longer works? Ridiculous.

A total scam and despicable business practice. After I couldn't connect my robotic vacuum any more (EU market) I spoke with the support and they informed me they just simply turned off the servers and support, although model is still available for selection in their app for pairing. It seems its one-sided end of life for their high end PRO model. I can now use it as a step to reach top shelves. NEVER ever buying anything from them again.
