the app said my document that never expires as expired I tried to check-in and couldn't. went to the airport and the line was long. I ended up paying like a $50 tax just so I wouldn't have to the big line that potentially could have made me miss my flight just because the app wouldn't take my document. this is supposed to make life easier but, it's just bureaucracy. I don't want you app, but at least make it work.

The app works fine for everything, EXCEPT on the day you have to check-in for your international flight. The app doesn't open, stating that "I don't have an internet connection," even though I have both Wi-Fi and 5G activated. Also, I try to solve the situation through other means without any success, as everything has to be done in an app that doesn't work.

I thought once they made the 2.0 app it would get better but it was only slightly. I hate how you're forced to check in through the app only and you can only take a picture of the passport and can't type it in anymore. I do my parents check ins and need to do it soon to get them specific seats to make it easy for them. If we're forced to check in through the app I would hope it wouldn't crash. I couldn't access the app yesterday almost all day due to an error that reinstalling did not fix.
