Ratings and reviews

The app is awful. Extremely bloated and slow. Why can't they just make an app only for card transactions and operations? Sometimes I just want to see the amount I have available or the latest transactions and the page just freezes or doesn't load at all. Edit: it's still slow, with the exact same issues. And can you just stop asking me if I want to enable Auto-Transfer every time I add funds? I don't want that and I keep getting a popup for it every single time! And there's no way to remove it

You will be frustrated ehen you try to have your bank account added to the app. I believe it is a deliberate move to prevent the user from being able to withdraw the funds in their account. For 2 months now I have been trying to have my bank added to my wallet, and it just stops at verifying address 'pending', which can be like this for weeks. Have contacted customer care 3 times and they are not helpful at all. They simply send an automated email, even with previous conversations attached.

Depositing is easy, but withdrawing is a nightmare. ID verification constantly fails, and they don’t notify you—only when you try to withdraw again do they demand more documents they never asked for. Some are impossible to get quickly (gone paperless). It feels like a tactic to block access to your money. I’m closing my account for good.
