Shocking experience already, deposited £3125 got charged a ridiculous amount. Tried to withdraw, and it's been pending for 2 days. It is so easy to deposit but not to withdraw. Some reason for extra verification. You don't get that on other exchanges. Avoid at all costs. I've sent a request via email that's given me no clarity in the situation.

I opened an account a few weeks ago. After like 1 week of use, after I deposit over 20K euros in crypto on my account, they suddenly blocked my account for review. And asked me for more info promising it is a matter of hours. I supplied all the info requested and more (I have accounts with all major hot wallets and more and been working with crypto for 8 years). 10 days later no answer and account is still frozen. Impossible to transfer my funds to another wallet. I am very disappointed.

After few months of using it, everything was smooth and perfect. Then all of a suddent, I can't connect to my account anymore, it ask me to contact the support. It literally has been 5 months, it's always the same, I contact the support, I get a response saying they are transferring my email to the right service and I never get any reply back, I tried to contact them at least 3-4 times. The worst thing is that I was supposed to receive some funds back, so they literally stole my money.T #1039196
