Ratings and reviews

Absolutely useless. The app is always throwing errors and behaving badly. For example, apparently failing to login, but then allowing me to see my account as if it had actually logged in after all. Or not allowing me to see my trip details because "surname doesn't match profile", whatever that means (account and emailed booking confirmation look correct). Negative UX.

Don't see any value in the app. Despite logging in with all my details, it won't show my bookings - I need to supply a reference number for each booking !!!. Its quicker to just log onto the website, which I had to do anyway to find the reference number. I am sure a lot of effort went into the app, but it just doesn't DO anything useful. Uninstalled

So far I have been unable to use the app. I have entered all of my details but when I reach the Terms and Conditions page, I cannot proceed as I get the error "sorry, something went wrong..." whether I select accept or decline. Until I can pass this point the app is totally useless. I have tried uninstall/reinstalling to no end. Avis please help.
