I went for the 7 day free trail so I can open up some very important documents for a case coming up. I was planning to cancel the subscription before the 7 days because I no longer need it and every time I try to manage the subscription/cancel the subscription, it takes me to a website which does not load and it says XYZ website cannot be opened. I've tried numerous times, different ways to cancel the subscription so I don't end up paying £65, I cannot afford this atm!!

Good and fast, but inconvenient; can't turn off the AI Assistant button which takes up too much space, main menus are hidden in a sub menu, like view settings and table of contents, I use these A LOT and need them accessible at a fast pace; I don't use any of the ones at the bottom. An option to decide what to show at the bottom would help, but in the meantime am I going to look elsewhere. not only that, the table of content disappears if you're not quick enough; utter rubbish!

BUYER BEWARE! I went for the trial which has 30 days usage to see how much zi would use and it didn't warrant the cost as this is very expensive. I went to cancel and was offered an extended period or so I thought. I decided to cancel to be told I had in fact been signed up and cancellation was £80! What a rip off!!! It's not great as versions of PDF to word are muddled and hard to handle and it's far too expensive
