I want to like it more, its easier to use than Go Compare etc... also feels more personal. i just find that when you get under the hood a bit more its not as intuitive as it could be. it can feel clunky. Some older quotes wont delete, everything is big and 'in your face' and I dont like that there seems to be no way to save quotes for 30 days, like you should expect.. or if some do.. its not clear how you access them without it auto refreshing new quotes on a daily basis. it means you cant plan.

The rewards app no longer works, which is really frustrating. Hopefully this is a genuine technical issue that can be fixed soon, rather than customers simply being ignored. It’s particularly concerning that, from what I’ve read in other feedback, this doesn’t appear to be a new issue.

On several occasions I have been unable to open the app, which usually occurs when it asks me to login, and inevitably when I am trying to redeem the Gregg's reward. I have tried clearing both cache and memory, and removing and reinstalling the app, but no joy.
