Ratings and reviews

The app used to be amazing and stable, but a month or two ago it changed and it now barely works (at least in the UK where I'm based). It's easy to place the order, but then when you go to check out (at the drive thru or in store), the app just hangs. I've lost out on a few 'McDonalds monopoly' vouchers due to this - the stores and app say that the vouchers have been redeemed, but they haven't. I'll uninstall the app until these issues are fixed.

Absolutely appalling app. Even with it's most recent update, it's less useful than ever. App constantly freezes and crashes entirely. Orders refuse to go through, either for pick up or delivery. Items randomly become 'unavailable' and then are fine a moment later. Frequently gets stuck on payment screen. We avoid using the app altogether now and order manually at the drive thru. Absolutely shocking that for a multi-billion-pound company they seem to have built the worst possible app!

Terrible reliability, best to avoid. I've tried to order items tonight but when I get to the final stage (payment) the app tells me that an item is unavailable. The worst part is, it doesn't tell me which item(s) are unavailable which leads me to believe that it's a lie and it's actually a system fault that's not letting the order go through. Very disappointed as tried for around 20 minutes to put my order through to no avail.
