app is simple to use but they really need to add a feature to report missing items, in last 3 months I have paid for 3 hot apple pies and not got a single one, I know I should check before leaving but I shouldn't have too, it's not like the job is hard, I use the drive thru and I'm not going to wait in line again because of their mistakes or get out and go in to stand in a queue I purposely choose to avoid and the restaurant never answers the phone which is what you are told to do.

Crashes every time I launch it but then always works when launching a second time. Plus I have had numerous problems placing an order and then arriving at the drive-thru, and then the app tells me the items on my order are not available. Edit - lately you cannot access recent orders, when you attempt to, you get taken to the page for placing a new order. This caused a problem trying to get hold of a restaurant to chase an order that was never delivered.

Used this app only a handful of times now, and the last few times we've received our order, there's been either incorrect items or items missing, and the food has been cold. There doesn't seem to be any real function to report missing items or even receive a refund for them. Tried talking to the bot, but it asked me to upload a receipt, only for the upload button to do nothing. Eventually, after a lot of messing about, it appears to just direct you to write to Customer Service. Poor...!
