Horrific experience. I wanted to cancel and they keep going round in a loop sending codes. Im 70 years old and not tech savvy. if I leave the email page to find the other email with the instructions to enter code the code isn't accepted because I had to come out of other mail and they send me a new one. This is the 3rd time. Meanwhile they tried to take £11 from my bank so I had to block payment and move my funds to another account.

The app itself i didnt have a problem with. What i didn't like was that total av does not make it clear that its a contract that is not a one off payment. And also does not specify the amount of payment after the first payment of £3. My advice is to read all terms and conditions and also read all the reviews. Like i wrote the app itself is a good app, but if youre like me and on a low income dont get stuck by monthly fees.

Very disappointed. I thought I was signing up for some basic protection at £1.99 a week. Clicked various add ons not really understanding what I was doing, I am 80, and then even thought I didn't think I'd completed any of the transactions discovered £39 had been taken from my PayPal account FOUR times, a grand total of £157.99. I tried to stop the payments to no avail. I've since tried to contact TotalAV by email and letter. But nothing and I don't even know if I'm covered or for how long.
