Ratings and reviews

Clunky, confusing and unreliable. The bookings are requests that need host approval, but you can't cancel the request on the app. One host tried to increase the cost by $60 a night after I requested it, and another told me the dates were unavailable despite being available on the site and reissued the quote without telling me what dates it was for (that wasn't on the quote either). Because he reissued the quote, neither of us could cancel it and we have to wait for it to time out. Terrible app

I very rarely take the trouble to rate an app but this one is sooo bad it deserves my time just for wasting my time. Slow and cumbersome to open pages. The worst bit is that it repeatedly declined my credit card, even though it was valid for months to come and well within credit limit. When you try to use the ai chatbot to resolve issues, it won't engage with you unless you've paid for your booking. Which you can't do when the system rejects your card. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere

Navigation is poor. Repeatedly have to log into separate sections of the app again and again, or they simply do not function - in this case the Trips menu, where I click to use it, am prompted to log in yet again, but nothing happens when I click on the button to do so. Makes physically navigating to your booking quite difficult when you can't even get the app to work to the point of accessing the address of your booking!
