Ratings and reviews

I don't nornally write reviews, but I've been on wolt for a very long time and ordered over 90 orders from them and had to write this. their recent service has become terrible. Saturday night my order was sent wrong and took 2 hours to replace it. At which point it was cold and dry and wolt did virtually nothing to fix it. I plan to use my remaining credits and delete the app.

App generally works fine if slowly, but my god the delivery estimate is ATROCIOUS. It constantly underestimates then slowly increases over time, taking way longer than the initial time. It also often jumps up and down by several minutes DURING DELIVERY. Considering couriers don't always show properly on the map this is very annoying - you're either waiting by the door for something nowhere near or suddenly surprised when the courier is calling you from outside when the app says 8 minutes still.

Wait times are increasing, missed items and delays after confirmation have also been increasing, and customer support is appalling. They used to be much better but they've been cutting costs all over and it shows. Now customer support closed my support ticket after they and the shop screwed up my order. No apologies, no offers to make right, just a "we can't do anything about that".
