I chose a route in Athens, Greece, by bike of only 3 kilometers. Big mistake. The application may have chosen the shortest (theoretically), but it was the most difficult route it could suggest to me with steep uphills that in the end, no matter how fit you are, you give up! and we are talking about only a 3 kilometer route! Also, on this particular route, in addition to the huge uphills, it took me through one-way streets against the flow of traffic! 1 star unfortunately...

A LOT of ads, useful features stuck behind a paywall (e.g. where the bus is currently), the website borderline harassing you to get the app... In the greek version, the stations don't appear on the map, you can't change the direction of a line, it is hard to search for the line you need, to see the whole timetable for the next day from a specific station et.c.. It used to be so much better.

I keep getting the error message that planning a journey between regions is not supported. I'm selecting 2 locations in a major American city that are about a mile apart. How close to locations have to be to be supported by this app???? It's not very useful if it only supports locations less than a mile apart! (And it's not user error. I tried entering address, tried id-ing on the map, checked and rechecked the addresses.... same error message.) Useless.
