I placed an order, and the courier has been driving around my neighborhood for quite some time, delivering other orders while carrying mine. This has never happened to me with efood, and it has only happened once before with Wolt—on that occasion, my food also arrived cold. I do not understand how this is acceptable. The food gets cold, and the estimated delivery time becomes completely inaccurate. I need to leave soon, yet I can see my order being driven around near my home. Also the UI is bad

My experience so far was excellent. However a recent event made me uninstall. I placed a food order and the restaurant didn't have an item. Even though the restaurant communicated this with Wolt they did not reach out to me to inform me. The result was that in order to please my guests I was left without something to eat. However, my disappointment is the way they handled this. In the past in a similar event they offered free coupons etc. but not now. Just refund of missing item.

horrible customer service, absolutely grotesque experience. order was late. contacted customer service to cancel the order because I had to leave for the airport. customer service replied 45mins AFTER being connected to the representative. and of course the answer was "we can do nothing" left the order for the hotel staff. there are other apps, do not recommend this one
