Today I logged in the app and the UX/design changed almost completely and looked very bad, with black background, confusing colors, really strange layout. It looks so bad that it made me think it's some kind of temporary technical error in design. I almost don't want to use the app anymore. Before I had green Add, Send, etc. buttons, now they're almost black. The shapes and positioning of elements have changed and look really strange/aggressive. Bring back the previous design as it was great!

Guys, I am trying to verify my proof of Address for 2 days in a row now, it always gets rejected no matter what paper I submit (utility bill, bank statement etc) and then it goes "An error has occurred, we'll look into it right away". Fix the app please, you are gonna lose customers, myself included. There have to be other methods for verification. It is very frustrating

The app itself is fine, however the verification process was horrible. The first operator messed up by skipping a step by mistake then got visibility annoyed at me and left. The second was better, but not by much. The fees for transferring money into the account are understandable and not that high, but there are other apps/banks that don't require neither an in person verification call nor have deposit fees.
