All the features sound good, but don't always work correctly e.g. it often gets where I am brushing wrong so the coverage guidance is wrong. Followed through the setup process, but it gave a default date for my first session. Wasn't set until after I initiated the brush life monitoring, which the guided setup didn't do. So I got a "medal" for a year's use after one day. No way to correct the date on the record either. Deleted it, but still have the medal.

Thanks for leaving a review. The accuracy of tracking will improve with moderate movements and speed. In regard to the date, for some brushes the handle logs your brushing sessions starting with its internal production date. You did an upgrade to the app in May 2024, which took the app from awesome to zero. The brush is awesome by itself. Per the app, it doesn't record time correct, buttons are out of format, awards well, and who gets up after midnight to brush their teeth? You can't adjust the app if you have missing teeth. Fire the app marketing team and start over.

Great brush. This is a rating for the app - terrible BT connectivity has returned to Oral B. Almost always requires restarting the app, sometimes three or four times. Frequently connects first as an Unguided Session, then has to be closed (WiFi version). Compared to Sonicare (with admitted other problems) which connects solidly first time, every time. Coupled with multiple duplicate sessions rates a 2 at best, generously. Hey Oral B, you have to connect the brush to actually USE the app.
