I installed this app because there was a promo — only IDR 20K (about AUD $2) for the first month. But I could never book any of the trial sessions; it just didn’t work. Only after the one-month period ended did the trial schedule finally appear. Same thing happened with my friend. Luckily, I managed to unsubscribe on the very last day. My friend forgot, and just one extra day cost them over IDR 500K (more than AUD $50). It's a scam

I am experiencing an issue with my payment method. My debit card was declined for the automatic debit of my package, which caused me to lose access to classes. Unfortunately, I am unable to update my billing information because I only have one debit card. I then tried to make another payment by purchasing 25 credits, and the payment was successful. However, I still cannot access any classes. Customer Services so bad and not helpful.

I was enjoying the application and keep buying credit or extending the subscription. Until 1 day, it's said it can't extend my subscription, and I need to update my payment details.. which I did more than 5 times. Even uninstall and install the app. Or even updating it in the browser. I tried to reach customer support..(which being replied by AI and took forever to get the live agent) loLongtory short I,can't connect with the live agent & now I lost all my credit & I need to subscribe again smh
