Ratings and reviews

Awful, the service was provided by my workplace as an employee incentive. Prices offered for plans in the app are MORE expensive than just signing up for the gyms as an individual. Very few gyms included, gyms that are included are more expensive. A completely useless application that is used by companies so that it can be listed as a benefit for employees. I never leave reviews but this is just exceptionally bad. App is also a buggy mess.

The features behind gympass are great. The application itself is horrible. It shows a gym is available, but no classes can be booked? The gym i used to go shut down a month ago, but it still shows available in the app. Whenever you cancel a class, you still receive a reminder to check in even though you are not booked. Sometimes, it would show booking is not confirmed, but when you press back, it turns out it actually was booked, magic🤷🏽‍♂️ The issue is raised to support, but yet to resolve🤦

I'm using the app already several years and from my point of view it's getting worse from update to update. The UX/UI is by far the worst compared to competitors. Price is increasing but the offerings are stuck. International usage of in-person classes is not possible anymore. 1.5 years ago I trained in many different European cities like Spain or Italy but now there isn't even an offering in Austria. A real pitty.
