Stop the pop-up ads in the app. This app is essentially the best banking app out there, along with IDFC. Dear Axis Bank, please do not spoil the user experience by showing pop-up ads to open a digital savings account or to get a loan every time I open the app. Even sometimes the banners will just pop up and change positions, which lead to accidental clicks. Banking is for my usage, not for showing me ads. If you want to show an ad, make it fixed at the bottom or any place

The login experience is very poor. I have been trying to log in for more than 30 minutes. Sometimes it shows a generic error. Sometimes when I navigate to another app to check the OTP from my email, and when I return, the UI becomes blank. Most of the time, the OTP is not received on my mobile number. Even when it arrives, it comes after the time has expired.

App registration does not work. When I contact them via web chat, they take me around in circles making you check the same basic things that I've checked 5 times before contacting them. Finally, after raising a service request, the service request got closed without checking with me if my issue is resolved - so I guess I'm not allowed to use the app anymore
