Whenever I open the app, the live video stream either fails to load or lags significantly. Even after subscribing to cloud storage, the video recordings are not reliable. Most recordings capture only a few seconds instead of the complete event. The object detection and tracking features perform very poorly, and many important events are not recorded at all. Overall, the camera quality and the application experience are very disappointing. I am not satisfied with the product's performance.

My app has been malfunctioning for the last two days, and I suspect it might be affected by a bug or malware. Whenever I try to adjust the camera position, it loses network connection, goes offline, and continuously loops while trying to re-establish an encrypted connection. Afterward, the camera defaults to pointing at one of the side corners.

Very disappointing experience. Not recommended. Despite having a fast internet connection, the app is slow and unreliable. It skips crucial footage and fails to capture actual visitor events... Live streaming takes a long time to start unacceptable for a security product. Time zone not working properly. Avoid this camera and look for more dependable alternatives. when contacted the support team, they just say, switch off the cam and switch it on again..
